Hi Bryan -Evans Retired Educators,

The BEREA will have the first meeting of the year on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in the social hall of Pembroke United Methodist Church at 10:30 AM in Pembroke. The BEREA wants to invite and encourage all retired educators to join us for a “Brunch Social.” Following brunch, the BEREA will have the installation of officers and the general meeting.   We want to encourage you to attend where you can meet old friends and make new ones.

Nancy Page is arranging the brunch. If you were contacted about bringing an item and can not come or would like to bring something, please contact Nancy (858-2800) or send an email to David Green (739-1771) at dgreene@bellsouth.net or Anne Miller at lamiller_2@msn.com .

Things to Remember:

Ø    If you have anything we can use for door prizes, please bring them.

Ø    If you have any news or anything we need to discuss, please let me know so I can put it on the agenda.

Ø    We still need to elect a new president –elect. Please let us know if you or someone you know will take this position.

We are looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday. Bring a retired educator with you.
